Got my tires there awhile back needed to get them rotated, dropped it off before they closed and picked it up at 10 the next morning. Nice workers and happy to help.

Gave Big O another chance for tire purchase still a bit of communication snafu. was called Wednesday indicating the car was ready called Thursday morning while on the way to confirm it was actually ready yet to find out that the vehicle really wasn't ready, finally got the call to pick it up around 9:00am Thursday morning. Otherwise the service and sale went off without too much of a hitch.

I was very appreciative of Elliot's understanding and honesty regarding the tires on my Subaru Impreza. He took into consideration that I am a mom of two babies and a teacher; he let me pay half of my expense on Monday and the rest on Friday since that is when I get paid. Being that it is Teacher Appreciation Week and Mother's Day is on Sunday, this could not have happened at a better time, despite having two flat tires. Thank you, Elliot. I am unimpressed with the assistant manager. He did not greet me at all when I came into pick up my car. He told me to wait since he had someone else on hold on the phone. When I told him about the arrangement for payment, he just shook his head at me and continued talking to whomever was on the phone...Finally, he told me that I can't take my car if I don't pay in full. I would have had a negative account balance had I been forced to do so. (Teachers don't get paid much, honestly.) This is a total lack of understanding and just rude overall. I would have had two little ones waiting for me at home. I also serve an entire district of special needs students in Eagle County. I really NEED my car! Your employees are great, management is not considerate at all. Again, thank you, Elliot.

I am a regular customer at Big O at both sates I reside at, i.e.. Utah & Colorado. Customer service is always great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will recommend friends and family to Big O. However, on my last visit, I did encountered a situation, that could have been prevented with better staff training. There was a misunderstanding regarding what time the store closes, totally my fault, I came to pick up my car after closing. Lucky for me, the store manager and one of his employee were waiting for me. The difficult part, they requested cash because the point of sale was closed. I needed to find an ATM to withdraw funds to have my car release. Proper staff training, would have averted this inconvenience. First, the person who took my order for the tires purchase should have updated ALL my demographics on your computer system, including my phone number, Secondly, 15 minutes before store closing, a store associate could have call me, informing me they would be closing shortly, my car service is completed for pick up. Hence, no inconvenience for either party. This was not done. My recommendation - IMPROVE STAFF TRANNING. With today technology lack of communication is not the reason for the above situation to have occurred. I would be returning as a regular customer to Big O. Thank You.

I had a flat on my car and needed it fixed ASAP. When I called I was greeted by Chris who was super friendly and helpful. He told me how I could leave my car after hours because the store was closing in 20 minutes. He also assured me the parking lot where I would leave my car had surveillance cameras. Then Chris called me bright and early the next morning to let me know it was ready. I wish more customer service reps were like Chris.

I use them pretty much all the time for brakes, alignments etc. But I wasn't asked if I wanted something and should have gotten a free oil change, but I didn't pursue it.

He got prices for winter tires and had the 2 summer tires put on quick and offered me a ride if I needed.He did a great job!!

I didn't actually choose Big O to service my vehicle...I got another shop to match Big O prices. But, thanks to Big O offering low prices, I was able to get my service at a specialty (offroad) shop at a great price! I hate to admit this to Big O, but in my opinion, this has been a great help to me!

I had winter tires removed and summer tires mounted. They did a fine job, took about 1.5 hours. I had not looked at all four tires, turns out two are pretty worn. I would have appreciated a heads up, "two of your tires are worn, would you like to replace them? I have now ordered two new tires and will have to pay to have them mounted and balanced after just mounted these. My fault for not looking at the tires but would have been nice to be told they were worn before remounting.

Overall great experience service was very quick but, shortly down the road realized all tires at different pressures this after paying for nos. pretty common at this location. Note they would fix if I went back but should not have to do that...

I was served very quickly upon my arrival. Instructions for service were correctly recorded. The work was done promptly and correctly. The car was ready ahead of schedule.

This was actually a return visit after they messed up my first two previous visits. Third time was definitely the charm. Peter Russel, the store manager made sure that everything was done right this time around. Everyone who I had contact with there was very professional. One employee, aside from the manager, I thought was exceptional (Dennis La Hart). He's the one who caught the mistake the second time around, and made sure I didn't drive away and really mess up my car and tires. Thank you to Dennis and thank you to Peter for making things right and taking care of me.

All I had done was an Uber inspection. They wrote down the wrong model year and the wrong date year. Fortunately I corrected it and it was accepted.

Stopped in to get tires balanced. I went to Route 6 to get lunch and wait. They called and said I needed an alignment. I was skeptical, but authorized it. I had just bought the vehicle in December and hadn't noticed any uneven wear on the tires. I returned to shop and waited a short time when they told me I was ready to go. I got on the interstate to drive home and the shaking was worse than when I dropped it off. Took the next exit and came back. They took the car back in and fixed it. I was a little concerned by the explanation as to why it happened, but at least the shimmy was gone when I left. I did feel like the vehicle was pulling to the left, which wasn't the case when I went in. I live outside of the valley and didn't have time to go back again. The alignment warranty is for 6 months, so I plan on going back to have it checked again.
