Great staff and service!

Took longer than expected but they got everyting done.

Nick was great. He helped squeeze my request in and was professional and cordial.

People, service, place, every thing just fine with exception of not enough parking area.

Very friendly the day I took my car to have winter tires exchanged for summer tires. Peter the manager was very sweet!

I needed a flat repaired and the technician took care of me quickly so I could get to work and return for the repaired tire. When I returned I asked them to rotate the tires and check the pressure sensors, I did not check there work other than the spare was placed back on the vehicle. They did not rotate the tires nor did they check the pressure sensors. Even though I asked the technician 3 times to rotate and check them.

I had a flat on my car and needed it fixed ASAP. When I called I was greeted by Chris who was super friendly and helpful. He told me how I could leave my car after hours because the store was closing in 20 minutes. He also assured me the parking lot where I would leave my car had surveillance cameras. Then Chris called me bright and early the next morning to let me know it was ready. I wish more customer service reps were like Chris.

The job appears well done. However, I had to take my car back since a part was not available when the job was done. I was told that it would take 15 minutes when I brought the car back to install the part. My wife brought the car back and had to wait 2 hours. If I would have known how long it would take, I would have dropped off the car and come back when it was done. I should have been warned of the delay before having my wife wait 2 hours.

He got prices for winter tires and had the 2 summer tires put on quick and offered me a ride if I needed.He did a great job!!

Dave was excellent! His attention to detail turned what could have been a poor experience into a great one!

I had winter tires removed and summer tires mounted. They did a fine job, took about 1.5 hours. I had not looked at all four tires, turns out two are pretty worn. I would have appreciated a heads up, "two of your tires are worn, would you like to replace them? I have now ordered two new tires and will have to pay to have them mounted and balanced after just mounted these. My fault for not looking at the tires but would have been nice to be told they were worn before remounting.

I was served very quickly upon my arrival. Instructions for service were correctly recorded. The work was done promptly and correctly. The car was ready ahead of schedule.

A bit of better communication on their end of mechanic staff. I was called that my car was ready and I ended up waiting additional 30 minutes later because they're weren't actually done.

All I had done was an Uber inspection. They wrote down the wrong model year and the wrong date year. Fortunately I corrected it and it was accepted.
