Big O Tires

2nd visit and will be coming back for sure

Chris (who is new) waited on me. He was extremely helpful and a good salesman! I ended up buying 4 new all season tires, but he actually showed me the wear and tear and I knew that they were old! More than that, he tightened my fan belt which had been making a hissing sound every time I turned on the car. No more! My regular auto service couldn't figure out what it was! I am a very pleased customer.

Please read the whole review. I get to the parking lot and there is no where to park, all of the spot are taken, some are even double parked. I walk in and there are a significant amount of people waiting in line as there is only one computer working and my only thought was I am going to be here for the next hour. I was thoroughly with how fast they got everyone through the line and I was to the front counter in about 10 minutes. I talked to the gentleman at the counter; while I expected him to be grumpy as I overheard him saying that one employee did not show up, he was as nice as could be. All I can say is that there is a reason that I only do business at big O when there are places that do not cost as much. The hospitality and good attitude even when everything is going wrong is by far and above why this place is my go to for my every car need. Thank you to everyone on the staff.

the only improvement was communication between everyone. Customers standing around like they did not know what to do, but we were all taken care of very respectfully and extremely fast.

Excellent 5's across the board in Service because of Denis. This was my 3rd time bringing my car to Big O in Avon and Denis has always given the greatest customer service and care. He is always helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable with all of my questions. Thank you Denis and Big O for getting my car back on the road quickly and keeping me safe in the mountains.

I need to check that my tires were properly inflated

I go to these guys twice a year to change my seasonal tires. Each fall, I, like everyone else, wait until the eve of the first big snow storm to get in and have my tires changed. Even though the place is swarming with people trying to get it done, they always keep it cool and collected. These guys bust their butts to make sure everyone gets in that day.

Had a flat going to Moab on my trailer. We were pretty much stuck with-out a spare and your team was looking at an 1 1/2 hour wait. The manager on duty was awesome and had us out the door with-in 5-10 minutes.
