Only the best tires are put on my family and business vehicles. If not already in stock, they always have been able to order and install the top rated tires for snow and ice driving conditions. Also, when the snowfall ends for the season, I have them install top rated summer tires for maximum safety and comfort. Store Manager, Peter, and his Big O Tires of Eagle Vail Team, are who I rely on for the best industry tires and service!

Great tire buying experience. We were on the road when a rear tire failed. I called Peter at the Avon Big O who promptly ordered my replacements and delivered them at the promised time. The work on my truck was supervised to make certain that the work being performed was properly completed. Kudos tonPeter and his crew for a job well done.

Came in for an oil change and battery change. Service was friendly, knowledgable, very quick, and easy!

I was greeted by Peter when entering the store. He was very helpful and got me in to repair the flat tire within minutes. The tire ended up having three holes rather than just the one I had found but he didn't charge me more than what he'd originally quoted which made me extremely happy! Considering I was traveling with my wife and daughter I was apprehensive about the cost and the time to get it fixed to get back on the road but the entire experience was way above expectations. I couldn't recommend them any higher!

Dennis took GREAT care of us, diagnosed the correct problem and fixed quickly. Very pleased.

I came in for an alignment and expected it to take just over an hour. I think they got it done in like 40 minutes! I've seen Katy a few times now at the store and she is super nice and friendly every time I come in!

Excellent 5's across the board in Service because of Denis. This was my 3rd time bringing my car to Big O in Avon and Denis has always given the greatest customer service and care. He is always helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable with all of my questions. Thank you Denis and Big O for getting my car back on the road quickly and keeping me safe in the mountains.
