We were there sitting in their parking lot when they opened.We had hit a rock on the highway going back to Denver.It took a while to get us going because they had appointments ahead of us, but we got a complete set of 4 tires, wheel alignment and an oil change.Everything went smoothly and they all seemed to know what they were doing.The manager was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all our questions.They even put up with my new puppy in the lobby/waiting area.Thanks again for a good job.

Only the best tires are put on my family and business vehicles. If not already in stock, they always have been able to order and install the top rated tires for snow and ice driving conditions. Also, when the snowfall ends for the season, I have them install top rated summer tires for maximum safety and comfort. Store Manager, Peter, and his Big O Tires of Eagle Vail Team, are who I rely on for the best industry tires and service!

My wife and I will never hesitate to refer BIG O to anyone as Dave Antanies was a hero! We were saddened to learn that NO one in Eagle county, Vail, carried run flat tires and ALL rental car agents closed at noon on Saturday. We were stuck without a car until Monday! Dave lent us his truck so we could play and enjoy Vail until Monday when our tires arrived from Denver. Thanks Dave!

Came in for an oil change and battery change. Service was friendly, knowledgable, very quick, and easy!

We got towed into the shop on a Saturday morning when our 4 wheel drive failed in the Rockies. Peter helped us initially and was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Denis kept checking on us while we were waiting and offered ideas on what to do once we arrived home in LA. The mechanic (I didn't catch his name) was able to complete what was estimated to be a 4 hour job in about 2 and a half hours! They did not try to upsell, and even offered the cheapest option up front. Hopefully, I'll never find myself broken down in the Rockies again, but if I do, I'll be back to Big O!

Dennis took GREAT care of us, diagnosed the correct problem and fixed quickly. Very pleased.

Jair did a great gob on my brakes. He got me back on the road in 15 minutes thank you.
