Great job with oil change and tire rotation and alignment....was told the leak was due to the rack and pinion needing to be replaced and was shown by mechanic the actual problem. So great to have been able to take a look at the problem first hand while my car was still on the lift. Very informative and interesting, plus the mechanic was very helpful in explaining the problem first hand. Thanks so much!

Excellent customer services....

I received an oil change and realignment per a prior package purchase , so N/C for the alignment. Great value and the store manager is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. However, It was my understanding that part of the service was to check fluid levels (I did not receive a printout this time). I noticed the next day that my windshield washer fluid was 2/3 empty and that the cap to it was missing.

Thank you for pulling the screw out of my tire and putting me safely back on the street

We were on our way out of town for a camp trip and one of our brakes started smoking. We turned around and drove back to Big O Tire to see if there was any way they could help us. Frank in customer service was fantastic and the mechanics got us back on the road in no time. We can't thank you enough.
