I was not greeted at my car because we're living in the age of COVID. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. My husband had called a few days earlier to order new tires for my Mercedes which were installed promptly. We rely on the Delta, CO location for all services on our 3 vehicles. They are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.

I had a slow leak in my tire. A screw was found, they repaired it right away. There was originally an hour wait. I told them I was “on call” for surgery in the hospital. That I would have to leave if called while waiting. I also asked how long it would take if it was taken in to fix. They told me it would not take longer an 30minutes. They ended up taking it in right away because the weekend was starting. I ended up getting called back in for a surgery and was back at the hospital within the 30minute call back time. That was awesome they took it in right away. You guys are great. Thanks
