I can always count on the friendly service at the Delta Colorado Big O Tires. They are professional & know their product. I won't go anywhere else for my tire purchases, rotation & alignments. Keep up the good work.

I have always had great customer service and experience at this store and employees, with one exception with one rude manager who eventually was transferred to the north ave junction store.

Staff was very friendly while there. It is very hard to get any info over the phone, even if you have ordered parts and you are trying to find out if they are in and to schedule service. Please, you need to have the possibility of making appts.

Great job with oil change and tire rotation and alignment....was told the leak was due to the rack and pinion needing to be replaced and was shown by mechanic the actual problem. So great to have been able to take a look at the problem first hand while my car was still on the lift. Very informative and interesting, plus the mechanic was very helpful in explaining the problem first hand. Thanks so much!

I received an oil change and realignment per a prior package purchase , so N/C for the alignment. Great value and the store manager is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. However, It was my understanding that part of the service was to check fluid levels (I did not receive a printout this time). I noticed the next day that my windshield washer fluid was 2/3 empty and that the cap to it was missing.
