I'm visiting from nj and i found a nail in my r/front tire. the personnel at the basalt big o fixed the tire and had me back on the road quickly.

THe staff at the Basalt, CO store is always helpful. I have purchase tires for four cars and bring each in for tire rotation and balance, as needed. They are always prompt to get to the next car. Very little delay and very friendly staff.

My agent was Nicholas and he was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. All work was done in a timely manner. I've been a customer since Big O opened in Basalt and have always enjoyed a professional and friendly atmosphere there.
