Daniel in Basalt was amazing and saved the day. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my vehicle, and my want for larger tires. He knew I was in a time crunch, and was able to get the tires same day from another location since Basalt didn't have them in stock. He was also able to work me into his full schedule immediately. I so greatly appreciate his over the top customer service, and will be coming back and referring everyone I know.

It was done quickly and at the price promised (even though synthetic oil shouldnt cost that much more - it does everywhere) They even did a little extra service for me

On my recent visit last week, the front desk associate was very efficient and very knowledgeable about how to resolve my problem. I must mention, however, back in March 2020 I stopped at the Basalt location to order a new set of tires. Later when I dropped my car off to have the recommended and ordered tires installed, I received a call from the front desk associate a few hours later informing me that the tires were not going to work on my car so then I had to have another tire ordered.

Big-O in Basalt has helped me several times when needed during the past ten years, twice at no charge. On this visit, the car was ready when promised, and the cost was exactly what I had been quoted.

Big o tires always has great customer service. Usually there is a quite a long wait time but this visit was super quick. I was very impressed!

The Basalt Branch manager let me know that I can have a free alignment check after I explained what was happening while driving. They were quick to rotate and balance my tires along with an alignment adjustment. The shop was clean, everyone was friendly and easy to talk too. I trust Big-O and love my Basalt shop!
