Big O Tires

D did a great job and took good care of me. I had a nail in my tire and he had me in and out in an hour without having an appointment. This is after taking my car into another shop the week before for the same problem when they couldn't find the nail and just filled the tires with air. It is nice not to have to worry about my tires anymore. Thank you again.

I was helped by Allen Bohling when I got a flat & he found that my brakes were running dangerously low. He brought these issues to my attention and was very helpful and kind.

I actually paid a bit more at this Big O, than I would have a Discount Tire, but I enjoy the shop, have been a Big O fan for years, and Sara (who sold me the tires) was great, and I'll be back in a few weeks to buy another set.

The team at this location really care about the customer. Great recommendations with knowledge and service.

My "low tire" gauge came on and I thought it might be due to the change in weather.I drove to Big O to have the air pressure checked and they found a nail in my tire.They not only repaired the tire but also rotated the tires - all in approximately 30 minutes and I didn't pay a dime since I purchased my tires at Big O!Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Allen Bohling spoke to me on the phone concerning my needs. He also greeted me and spoke to me on my arrival. Allen felt like family with his (he may not like me saying this, but) sweet personallity. When I found my battery light on,last Thursday, my local Big O gave me prompt and expert service. Their diagnostic found that my alternator had died, which isn't something you ever want to find out-- but Big O looked for the lowest-cost part they could and worked quickly, cusioning theblow as muchas possible.
