Made a reservation for my vehicle and then called the day before my appointment to inquire if I could drop my vehicle off the night before and leave it. Agent was very accommodating said yes. When I dropped that vehicle off the night before my appointment I inquired if the location had any appointments available the next day due to me needing another alignment on another vehicle. Agent was again so accommodating and told me once they get done with the first vehicle I can bring the second vehicle in.

So helpful, honest.. the manager is great and goes out of his way to serve! Thank you

Dalibor was extremely helpful and communicative. I brought my car in for an oil change and to put my winter tires on. My old winter tires were too worn out so he assisted me with a tire purchased at a fair price, and turned the workaround so quickly so that I had my car back ASAP. He was super awesome, professional, and really made me feel comfortable!

They have won my business for my next set of tires. Went there a couple of weeks ago when my dash indicator said I had low tire pressure. They checked all the tires and found one was low. They filled it up and said to come back if it becomes low again, I might have a leak. No charge but I gave the guy 5 bucks. I haven't been driving much, but today my indicator came back on. The tire center where I purchased the tires is closed during the pandemic, but Big O was still open. By the time I got there my tire was completely flat. Not only did they cheerfully fix my flat, they didn't charge me for that either! I gave them the little cash I had on me but wanted to give them a thumbs up here. They are in my neighborhood, and always provide me with excellent service.

I always have to wait for my car and the guys get me in at my appointment time and out again quickly. They always are nice!

Been coming here for years. The store management has always been solid. One exception one time, but other than tha, solid.
