Big O Tires

Really appreciated Matt's guidance on wheels and tires, working with me on the installation of a leveling kit. Strong product knowledge and sincere about doing the work as if it were his own truck. My one bit of constructive feedback is that the store seems to be understaffed more often than not. Callers are often put on hold only to be forgotten when a line forms in the store. And a line forms almost any time there is more than one customer in the store.

Kind and fast service. Great listening by employees. I felt respected and everyone was patient. The location was great to wait as well.

D, the store manager is a very nice gentleman and always keeps his word and what is going to be done and when it will be done In this crazy, competitive world that we all live in, I’ve been going to bingo since they opened and I’ve been satisfied pretty much the whole time. I’ve been there for many many years, and I will go back again.

I was quite shaken when I arrived because I had just hit a large piece of concrete on the freeway which I could not veer away from due to traffic. The car was leaking some kind of fluid and I had been worried I would not make it to the store. When I got there the service representative was very respectful and thoughtful, offered me a water or a coffee, and got to work right away with having a diagnostic done to see how bad it was. Less than an hour later he had the diagnosis, it was only a windshield wiper fluid reservoir and the panel holding it in that were damaged. I was so relieved. They ordered the part, I could drive the car home and came back the next day, and they fixed it within an hour. Needless to say, I was both relieved and grateful for such quick service and helpful attitude.

Eddie was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk with Had the tires needed in stock Bad part was....apparently an appointment makes no difference....... Had a 1:30 appointment the next day....only to be told that it might still take uo to 5 hours since staff was short and there were allot of people in front of me....Question is why even make an appointment if all your going to do is put the vehicle in line......dont need an appointment if thats a common practice. I will probably be back but I will be checking other places first....that honor appointments

Associates were friendly and knowledgable. Work was done well and tire properly repaired. The website identifies the ability to make an appointment for tire repair. However, when an appointment was scheduled a return email said there was a problem and an associate would contact me. No contact so i called and the associate informed me that appointments were not available for tire repair. Need to fix your website.

Thank you to John and our tech Darren! We had a flat tire that we were told could possibly not be fixed but they made it happen! We were in town for vacay and they made a disaster into just a small bump in the road. And so friendly!

I damaged my tire rods during the last storm. Slid into a curb due to bald tires. When I came in D helped me get in and out. My car was fixed in about 2 hours which was great because I had to go to work. They offered to drive me to where I needed to go but I just hung out. D shows me my bald tire! It was bad. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great trip!

I have a lincoln and always run into problems replacing parts. Not Big O they were able to get my parts quickly and get me in and out. Sara was very friendly and helpful
