Joe Cimino was outstanding! We had a blowout on a run-flat tire and brought the car to the Big O at 6510 Indiana St in Arvada with no appointment. Joe looked at our car immediately & explained our options. He ordered the tires we needed & completed everything the same day. He called a couple of times with updates. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & friendly!

Not only do I work with your stores on a professional level. (LKQ) Allen was very professional and friendly when he called LKQ the first time, I decided to take my vehicle to him at his location. It is a bit of a drive for me, but he will get all of my business even that I have a mechanical shop literally 8 houses away. His team delivers great customer service.
