Big O Tires

I stopped into Big O Tires this afternoon with my Lexus that seemed to be having alignment issues. Matthew Helberg, the Manager of the Colorado Springs location on Omaha Boulevard was more than helpful. He not only took me on a test drive but took me on my regular drive from work to get a complete understanding of what I had been feeling regarding the lack of alignment. Once driving he figured out the core problem and it ended up being belt-separation on the rear passenger wheel. I had just recently purchased this vehicle so I had no idea something this serious would come about so soon after owning the car for only 9 days. Matthew's finding is truly lifesaving and I would completely recommend him and the whole Big O Tires Family for their excellent service. They are class-act all around and do some seriously great work and have great product knowledge/expertise. I will be doing all of my service with them. Thank you guys!!

Stopped to see if they had a record of my last oil change and Nate did have my record and seen I was due for a oil change. It was time and they got me in and out in about a half hour, great service.

They are always spot on with the job. They treat me fairly and if there is an issue it is solved with minimal issue.

I've had 4 flat tires repaired at the Big-O on S. Nevada - always complimentary.So when it was time for new tires, I wanted to support Big-O Tires.We called that morning, the had the tires shipped in by noon, and we had new tires installed that afternoon.Excellent service!Thank you Big-O!

Nathan and staff are professional and customer focused. They provide quality service and really go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. I had previously used another garage and will only use this Big O Tires location in the future. I have highly recommended them to many friends.

Nate and his crew are quality people and driven to insure the customer is completely satisfied... I waited at the shop and while I waited I saw where the front desk service reps took concerns for those customers waiting for the work on their vehicles to be finished... Quite often too, Nate, would strike up conversations with the waiting customers... It was obvious so many of them were returning customers because Nate brought up things he talked with them about from times before... Such a joy and comfort to see and hear especially when so many people are sad and stressed over coronavirus, work, and I'm sure many other of life's problems...

They did rear differential service, LOF, front end alignment, & rotate and balance my Big Foot ATs. With all the snow and mud we have had recently my Expedition was vibrating pretty badly. I guess there was dried mud causing most of the problems. But the guys at Big O hooked me up and I'm up and running again.

I can in to get a flat fixed and the manager pointed out it was time to look at new tires. yes, it was and I got brakes and the oil changed as well. Wow, what a great deal and the car drives perfect.

I couldn't be happy with the team here at Big O. They always answer all my questions and point me in the right direction of what tire I need for each vehicle for each time of year. If they can't do a repair for me Nate if the first on the phone to figure out who can. Love this Big O Tires and Nate's advice just can't be beat. Thanks Everybody!

The staff at Big O has always been very fair. I really appreciate having mechanics that I can rely on and that I feel are not just trying to get every penny out of me.

I asked to see the tire before it was put on because i had only seen the picture online and wanted a better look at the treads. The service person got it and everything was great with my visit. Everyone wore a mask.

I have always been serviced very promptly and with nice and friendly staff. They have always made the special effort when I have send my mother in and called ahead to let them know she is very hard of hearing and they always make her feel welcome and speak up so she can hear. I sent my son and his wife and they were given the best deal possible and the staff made certain what they needed was affordable to them.

When I got a flat tire a few weeks ago, Scott Koldenhoven was recommended to me. From start to finish, he took care of my tire needs and made sure I got quality service and a fair price. The whole process was stress-free because of how Scott runs his business, both he and his store associates were professional & efficient.

Nate and Stephen are absolutely great. They always serve me professionally and honestl;y. I am 100% confident to send my family members in their and I know the staff will treat them right and take care of their needs and insure their vehicle is safe.

The online appointment creation was great. Everything was ready when I arrived so I didn’t have to wait. The service was fine quickly, and a checkout the associate told me about a coupon that saves me $20 which was a pleasant surprise. Knowing that a car service shop isn’t trying to squeeze every penny out of me impressed me!

I have never been more confident of my tire store. They are always focused on giving you the best service and the best prices available. I know when I stop in for my occasional services that are needed and my tire Care, I will never wait for very long before they have me I've been on my way. I love these guys, and I recommend this shop to all my friends.
