The best service and care of my vehicle

The visit took shorter than I was told it would take so I did not have to wait around for an hour or more. I was also told that I will need new rear tires for the winter, and was given the price for those.

The new manager Brett that has taken over for Nate at South Nevada location has been prompt and helpful on my entire fleet for my business and I was sick to my stomach when I heard Nate was leaving because my trucks have to run every night

I have been a customer for many years. Mike and Julian were my contacts this visit. Julian set up my initial appointment and was very helpful and professional. His recommendation came in handy. He took time to research a good tire for my vehicle. His time and patience are appreciated. Mike checked me in and out during my visit. I cannot say enough about Mike's professionalism. He handles customers very politely and is very kind. He has a great deal of knowledge about the products. He has always been a huge asset to the business.

This BigO has been my "go-to" for tires for over 10 years. Purchased my tires there and this was just a rotation balance. I didn't make an appointment. Lane told me it would be an hour to 1.5 hour wait. They got me out of there in under an hour! I watched the interaction with customers for that hour. Brett is doing well as a manager, and Lane has taken care of me several times, and is good with customers! I watched him sell tires to a female customer who was not sure what she wanted. He questioned her style of driving, off road use, etc, before providing good/better/best options for her. He didn't PUSH the most expensive tire, but informed her to make the best decision for her driving/budget.

Brett is very professional and seems to go the extra distance to please all customers. Because of Brett and his staff, this is the best Big-O in town and the most honest place I have ever been to have work done on all my cars.

Service was great. Oil change, tire rotation and fluids topped off. I like that they check your battery and fill your tires to the required psi. Personnel are very easy to talk too and answer any questions one may have.
