I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The technicians also discovered a problem with the brake system and the shop was able to accommodate the additional repair quickly at a reasonable price.

I have been going to this store for 17 years. I have dealt with David, then Steven and now Nathan Koldenhoven. Nathan is great and always delivers top notch. He is extremely knowledgeable and is straight to the point. I have ran several construction companies and he has a quality that we all should have in our business model.

Nate and his team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They always address my needs and provide excellent service. I will only bring my vehicle and my spouses vehicle to these guys.

Called day before for pricing and appointment. Very nice service rep attended to my wishes and got me in early the next day. Service techs were very nice and accommodating as I had a rescued dog in the truck. I couldn't have asked for better service.... really!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation last week. Excellent and fast service as usual. One thing - I'm pretty sure the air pressure in the tires was not checked and if they were, they were not inflated to proper psi. I had to return 2 days later and all 4 tires were ~28-29 psi. Not a complaint - just wanted you to be aware.

The manager Nate is always great and so the other staff is really helpful as well.

Great service. I had a damaged tire while on vacation and they were able to get a matching replacement within the same day.

We were pulling into the plaza across the street and I hit a curb slashing my tire. I was going to call roadside however it was going to be a very long wait. Saw BigO across the street with the number listed on their sign and decided to give a call. I recently had foot surgery and am on crutches and my husband is disabled and unable to change tires. I called BigO and Lane answered. He was AMAZING!!! He ran across the street, jacked my van up, put the spare on, and got us new tires within just over an hour! He was very clear on prices and time it would take and it actually took less than he suggested it would. We are so greatly appreciative to him and thank you cannot say enough. We've always used a different company because trusting places is hard now a day however Lane has definitely changed that for us! Thanks again!!!!

Loved the ability to request an appointment online, and the quick response from the shop! Staff was friendly and professional. They completed my service quickly and for a reasonable price. I have been a customer of Big O for a long time because of the staff!
