Big O Tires

The sales representative could have been a bit friendlier. The information I received in response to my questions actually confused me even more than I already was. His suggestions seemed illogical to me considering I already had snow tires and did not need new ones at this time.

The Manager was great. as always. However, to be honest, I came in for two reasons: oil change and tire pressure. I will elaborate...oil change. It was time to do the oil change as the Service light came on my dashboard. The oil was changed, but no one reset the warning light! Tire pressure: again, on my dashboard that a tire or tires was low in pressure. They said it was corrected, no one reset the pressure indicator on my dashboard! I am now driving with both dashboard indicators still lit. I told someone and after 15 minutes of waiting, the issue was not corrected. I left.

1 1/2-2 hours for a flat repair and I was the second person there. Unexceptable! Especially when I bought tires from them for over &1000 just two months ago. Customer satisfaction is clearly very low on their list. I will never purchase tires here again

TWO HOURS FOR OIL CHANGE, ONLY ONE SPACE TO WORK, TO MANY SPACES CLOSED.

We've been coming here for years. Today customer service was nonexistent! Marcelo is extremely RUDE! I left without having any work done. Even as I left, his mouth did not stop. Atrocious behavior for a service establishment. All this, because I showed a digital coupon instead of a printed one. Expected me to go home, print it, and come back. Shameful, since I'm wearing a leg immobilizer and moving is difficult. Plus, the place was not busy. There were NO customers in the service or waiting area! Not one vehicle was being worked on! If they treat everyone this way, I can see why there are no customers!
