I drove from Virginia to visit family in area for Thanksgiving ,2021. Had a high altitude tire concern with one tire plus a nail in a second Good Year tire. The staff at Big O did a great job explaining and fixing. Terrific service and staff. Unlikely that I will return to the Durango, Co by auto again. I will fly. We had a blowout while travelling. Big O didn't have our tires in stock but helped us find another store, even though it was not a Big O where we could get fitted up and on our way.
