Anaheim Big-O is the BEST! Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and explains things so I understand (girls need that!). Your Customer Service is great - If we have to leave our car, we are ALWAYS called if there is info they need to relay or to let us know the car is ready.... other Big-O's do not do that. I have recommended Big-O to friends and hope they will come to you guys because the quality of everything you do CAN'T BE BEAT! Plus, it is great to bring our car to a place you can TRUST!

The person who helped me was very courteous and helpful. Clearly explained the time it would take to repair the flat. Once it was done, I received a text message that my car was completed.

I have been going to Big o for over 30 years, because they are honest, and don't try to "up sell" me every time I go there. All the work has been done right and I have no complaints.

Was able to drop vehicle off before closing, tues. It was inspected and services started by 10am weds. morning. Received updated estimate Parts had to be ordered and delivered, vehicle was ready for pick up by 3.

Everyone at this location are very professional and friendly and provided a great service. Gary and Chansy were the two who helped me.

I booked my appointment for opening on a Saturday. I saw when I got there they already had cars in the bays. They got me in for my rotation and road wear check. While I waited I witnessed all of the crew greet and handle everyone that came in in that hour with kindness and respect
