I called up prior to bringing my car for tire replacement. I was told "they will be ready". Unfortunately, when I came, there were no tires available! I waited an hour, still no tires and so I left. They called up about an hour later informing that brand new tires are now ready and I drove back and had them installed. I rate their service 2.5 stars. A notice for improvement.
