From the moment I spoke with the lady on the phone in the morning, till fulfillment in the evening, all staff members were helpful and kind. Made my experience great. Thank you all.

I've taken my car there for the last 7years. They are always friendly, the prices are very reasonable. Especially for a repeat customer. I get emails of their specials so i know when is a good time to take it in. I'm' an older person, and i don't have anyone to check my car for me and when i go out of town i can take it there and they will check it over for me to make sure everything is always good to go. They keep me on the road. I am very thankful for the staff there. :)

Charlene and Jeremy have the best customer service in all of Bakersfield from the moment you walk in to driving off in your car you are treated like family. I have been coming here for 6 years and intent to keep returning and referring my friends and family. Thank you so much for everything you guys do.

Location and competitive pricing.

I thought I needed the healthy car special to top off my liquids because I was going out of town the next day. Someone from Jeremiah's crew checked the oil level and it was bone dry. I ended up having an oil change done. I would've gone out of town with no oil in my engine if no one took the time to check it for me. Thank you for Keeping me safe on the road.

I have never written a review but i know how important they are for businesses and this store definitely deserves the review!! I had such a great experience at the Coffee location! The customer service that I received was great! I'm always a little intimidated when I walk into these kinds of places because I usually feel like the guys that work there are jerks but the staff that helped me was AMAZING! They right away helped me out and took my car in for new tires within 5 minutes upon arrival!! Yes it did take about 2 hours for my car to be ready but they did a free alignment check which in the end I ended up paying for my alignment to get done because my tires have not been aligned and they were unbalanced! Great deals with the alignment by the way! Also, feee tire rotations for the lifetime of my tires, and if I ever want to travel, I can stop by at any location and get my tire checked and rotated FOR FREE!!!! Incredibly awesome team! Another thing is my car had a piece of plastic hanging from the bottom and the tech fixed it for me without me asking for it and with no additional cost! They're really doing their best to take care of their customers!! Great job to the manager for having such a great team and to the gentlemen that took care of me and my car, much appreciation!!! Definitely recommend these guys!!!

fast service without appt. Quoted before work. Received phone call earlier than expected. Staff was welcoming, polite, professional. Shop is open on Saturday and location is very convient

Ten years ago my family was in Bakersfield after I had taken a job in town. We had been looking for housing and were preparing to drive 3 hours to our current home. I ran over some bolts in the road and pulled into Big O on Coffee Road at 5:15, 15 minutes after the shop closed. Both rear tires had been punctured. The manager who was preparing to leave saw our situation, approached us and when he discovered we were from out of town fixed both tires for us. After learning we were moving to Bakersfield, he didn't charge us for the repair and stated "I hope we earned a customer today". Impressive customer service and due to his willingness to go the extra mile, all my applicable vehicle maintenance business has gone through Big O for a decade! To this day I am treated fairly and with professionalism.

Associates were very nice and accurate with all their estimates on time, cost and work needed for service.

I went in just before they closed because my tire ran over something. Alex and David stayed late just so I wouldn't have to be turned away. I was incredibly impressed that they helped when it was so close to closing time. Ironically, 10 minutes prior to running over the screw, I was filling out the best of Bakersfield votes and had just voted for Big O Tire! The team at this store got my vehicle in, performed a complete oil change service, rotation, and repaired a leak in one of my tires in what seamed like just a few hours. All this, and I didn’t have a scheduled appointment.

Big O has always given me good service, excellent pricing, and quality care on all my vehicles. Everyone of the staff, including, but not limited to Jeremiah, Charlene, Roman, David, Carin, James, and from way back Sal, have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with me. Because of this, over the years I have recommended them to many of my family members, friends and several members of the local bowling community.
