Big O Tires

Amazing. I have a warranty for my car at the dealership, they were booked a month out. Took it to Big O, they ran the codes and found an issue with my thermostat. I took it in that day, within 24 hrs, my car was done. Problem solved.

The salesman Alonso was very helpful and guided me to the right tire.

Was able to get my car in right away to check out suspension. It ended up needing new brakes and tires. But got it all done the same day. Always have good service here.

They explained and showed me what was needed. They got everything done in the time frame they gave me and my truck rides like a new truck. Thanks Big O!

They always provide excellent service. They don't scare me into more repairs than needed. They let me know what I need now, & what can be done later. I always go to them for anything related to my car.

Because I had never been there and thought it would take longer then it did, I acactually live right next to the on mall view but they were closed on Sunday (09/08/2024) and Monday (09/09/2024) so I had to take the drive out to the coffee rd branch. We'll worth it. Thank Big "O".

In addition to their great customer service while getting my new tires, they went above and beyond when I got a flat two weeks later! I live in a small California town with the nearest Big O tire shop being 3.5 hours away, making tire replacement a bit complicated. The manager came up with several options for getting me a replacement and helped me avoid driving 3.5 hours on a donut to the nearest store. Thanks again!

I am always, always delighted by the people who work at the Coffee Road Big O. They are always glad to see me and they remember me and my daughter any time we come into the store. They always try to help me in a fast and effective way. I really appreciate their devotion to their jobs and their kindness to me. They always make me happy with any service on any of my vehicles that I bring to them.

Going there regularly allows the process to be more personal. I am very happy with all the workers there.

Got me in last minute for the job. And was very kind about it. Didn’t feel like the staff was complaining I came in an hr and 30 minutes before closing like most shops would. Definitely will use again!
