Each time I've brought my vehicles to this location, the customer service has been stellar. All associates have been friendly, communicated in a timely manner, and have not mislead me on extra services that are not needed.

Very Knowledgeable and friendly and took care of my requests and all of my needs in a timely manor at a far price. I have been at your location many times for various issues and have worked with many of the service people there and they all are representing them selves in the same quality standard set forth in costumer service.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Big 0 Tires in Bakersfield, Ca. I have been going to this business on Coffee Road for the past 4 years. I recently moved back to Fresno, about 2 hours away. I drove the two hours to Big 0 Tires in Bakersfield for an oil change and tire rotation. I did that because of the professionalism of the staff, the knowledge and expertise, and the excellent customer service. They treat me like family.
