Omg! Your employees are the greatest. Very honest and very professional. Charlene was the greatest. She explained everything to me and suggested what I would need to do. She makes people feel so comfortable. She is a people person. She needs to be promoted. She knows her stuff.

Close to home, dreindly service and been coming to see Omar and his guys for the past couple year.

I am the Facilities Manager for Olive Knolls Church and we have been coming to you for several years. Managers have changed a few times but they always took good care of us. With inflation and the prices these days i wish there was a discount for non-profit to help with the pricing. I wish there was a loyalty program as well. One thing for sure is I will be back. I have never had a bad experience with Big O tires. I try to get to know the leaders of the store after a change has been made to help communication continue. Keep up the good work.

The technician listed what tires that were available from my vehicle. He explained about the special that was available. I purchased my tires and advised that l would wait for them. The technician kept me aware of the prigress on my vehicle. I felt comfortable about my choice of tire store for my new tires and service.

I have been taking my five vehicles to the Big O store on Coffee Rd for over 10 years. I feel like I have always been treated very fair and the service has been great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone when I scheduled the appointment and also in store as well. I would recommend this location to everyone. Uriel Quezada-Vazquez was a wonderfully helpful employee.

Service "alignment", was great. I was given options and estimates to improve tire wear by installation of cam kitsch for rear of car. I appreciate the service and heads up for near future repairs.

The tires I currently have on my truck are from big o tires n they've been great so far but the reason I was in the recently was because there was something in my tire which was causing it to slowly lose air. Thankfully it was fixed without any cost to me and because of that I plan on going back to that location for an oil change. I was very appreciative n probably a little lucky that it didn't cost me anything

I really appreciate Charlene and Ramone. They are very helpful and take good care of my cars. They are great reps for Big O and I actually enjoy getting my cars serviced there because of them.

Professional, fast and friendly staff

They were kind and courteous. Their rate was reasonable and they didn't try to sell other services to me that I didn't need. I spend a lot of time in Bakersfield and I'm about 1600 miles from home. This place will be my go to place from now on in Bakersfield.
