I have taken my vehicles here for the last 15 years. Even when I had a new car which was covered for 2 years under the dealer's policy for free, whenever they would tell me I needed something done which would cost extra, I would get a second opinion at this Big O location. They would take a look at the dealer's quote, tell me what actually needed to be done, and then the price would be at least a third less than the dealership's quoted price. I was highly satisfied on this visit because I knew something was wrong with my tires, alignment, or suspension, but I just didn't know what exactly was wrong. It ended up being the tire balance, but I got that issue diagnosed and fixed along with a synthetic oil change and an alignment for under $200.

I didn't get my service guys name but he said it was an hour wait but I had another appointment and said I hadn't planned on a flat and had to wait. They immediately replaced my tire after showing me how bad of shape it was in. I was only there about a half hour! Much appreciated! Great service!

They are always polite, informative and knowledgeable. I bring several vehicles there regularly for tires, alignments and oil changes.

The service I received at Big O Tire was excellent. I needed work on my truck which required my truck to be in the shop for 4 hours. My truck was back to its old self, 4-wheel drive and all! Thanks Big O!

We had a tire going flat. We called on our way and they got us right in and back on the road in a few minutes.

I was very impressed by the quality of service I received in my recent visit. I was on vacation from Michigan and needed an oil change for my Honda Odyssey. Being a first-time customer from out of town I was a bit nervous about what I might find. I was immediately impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge of Dave at the front desk. I was also impressed by the thouroughness of Romeo, the mechanic who looked after my car. I was most impressed that there was no attempt to sell me more than I asked for or needed. In addition, I found the price to be very reasonable. Based on my experience, I would readily recommend BigO to others.

David was outstanding in understanding my tire requirements. His knowledge and customer service was excellent. The mechanics quickly changed my road damaged (blown out) tire so I could continue my journey home to Southern California. Thanks!
