I was traveling to a crucial meeting in Los Angeles when I received a warning on my dash that I was losing air pressure in one of my tires. Upon checking, I discovered an object stuck in my tire. I called the Bakersfield store and explained my situation, and the employee named David gave me the time for the repair upon my arrival, I was 1 hour from Bakersfield. His time for repairs was almost exact. The repair service was excellent, and David was professional and courteous while being sensitive to my time constraints. I made my meeting on time and safely.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 11 am. I returned at 1230 and the car was still parked in front. Once management became aware, they quickly got it taken care of, and I had the tire rotation and oil change done in less than 15 minutes. I was a bit disappointed in discovering the work hadn't been done, but the quality and quickness to resolve the issue were beyond expectation. I love this place and the people who work here. Will always be back.

Always friendly and helpful

I brought in my old van for brakes check, they took off the tires and did a thorough inspection not only on the brakes but other parts. They showed me the defects and recommended what need to be done. I was impressed by their expertise and honesty. I was happier when they told me that brake inspection was free. I just had to pay for wipers that needed replacement. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone who wants straightforward answers.

I have taken my vehicles here for the last 15 years. Even when I had a new car which was covered for 2 years under the dealer's policy for free, whenever they would tell me I needed something done which would cost extra, I would get a second opinion at this Big O location. They would take a look at the dealer's quote, tell me what actually needed to be done, and then the price would be at least a third less than the dealership's quoted price. I was highly satisfied on this visit because I knew something was wrong with my tires, alignment, or suspension, but I just didn't know what exactly was wrong. It ended up being the tire balance, but I got that issue diagnosed and fixed along with a synthetic oil change and an alignment for under $200.
