I brought my car in for an alignment after installing new struts the car drove straight and did not pull prior to the visit. When I was paying for the alignment I was told the mechanic said the car was pulling to the left and that was normal I did not make it more than a mile down the road the car was very unsafe to drive it would pull me into the other lane when accelerating I returned back to the store and the manager greeted me at the counter I explain to her what was going on and she just said it sounds like radio pull like I'm supposed to know what that is she called mechanic in and asked him about it and he was very defensive about how his alignment spec was right on it's not his problem it's the car She had the tires rotated and it solved the problem I am not happy with the fact that the car was sent out un safe to drive without the mechanic asking me if I would like them to Look into the other problems and being told it is normal

David was knowledgeable and told us wha thg we needed shead of time.

I was in for an alignment and ended up with a almost 1500 dollar bill , My suspension has never made the noises that it makes after your work , Parts were added that were bot compromised! At this point I feel that my suspension could be a safety hazzerd , I've asked the state to referee this

Literally felt like I was getting stared at and laughed at. Perhaps I looked unusual to the employees. I had barely clocked out of work, and factor in the fact I have bipolar disorder then maybe it makes a little more sense why I was a bit odd.

They are my go to place for all vehicles. They are trustworthy.

I have 1 yr old tires bought at Big O. One had slowly been losing air, for a few months, so I brought it in on 1/11/20. I was sent home with No Repair or issues, as 3 techs 'looked at it', and found nothing wrong. 3 days later, I'm now home (50 miles away, mind you) and it's going flat, again. I'm now told to bring it back (100 miles round trip), so they can 're-check' the tire to see of it's leaking from the rim. I return on my day off, 50 more miles. They take the tire off, roll it out of sight, and amazingly it had not 1, but 2 puncture holes!! It was the oddest thing that 3 people couldn't find any issues 7 days prior, but today, they found 2, rather important issues, upon my angry (& costly) return. So no Big O, after 2 trips to your store @ $80 for gas, and being told I had to pay for a new tire this week @ $150, when last week there was nothing wrong... I couldn't be more dissatisfied. I feel I was lied to because I'm a woman, to be honest. Very, very DISSATISFIED with my service.

The serviceman, David Chavez, was kind, courteous, and polite. He provided accurate prices for the services rendered and the service was completed within a reasonable time.

I went in for an oil change and because the mechanic broke the housing for the oil filter, I had to pay to replace it.

I had a Saturday night blowout, called and talked to David Sunday morning, explaining I needed a tire replaced, I had work to get to that night. He helped me choose a tire and was sure my vehicle got worked on as soon as there was an opening. I was out of there in an hour. Very nice and unexpected!!

I went in for an oil change and left needing an alignement. I was given a list of services/parts that my car needed, that wasnt the issue. The issue was that before i took my car for an oil change, i could've possibly needed an alignment but you wouldnt be able to tell just by driving my car. After paying and leaving the business, my car took a turn for the worse. In all my years of having this car, ive never needed an alignment like i do now. When driving, it feels like someone is pulling the steering wheel to take a hard right. Wow. How dangerous and scary. How can my car go in for one thing and come out needed another. There is no exaggeration here. My car drives to the right if i dont have two firm hands on the steering wheel pulling it back to the left side. Scary, especially having a child in my back seat. I will never come back here again

Wife was extremely happy with the service. We will be returning in the future

They wanted to charge me $25 to fix a flat, be ause the tire wasn't purchased there although we've spent a lot of money there over a decade on two vehicles. Big brand tires fixed my flat for free, although it wasn't their tire either. We will be shopping there for our tires and vehicle work from now on.

I have a change oil, tire rotation on my car now I heard different sound coming from my tire and when I'm at 75miles/HR my steering wheel is shaking..

I had 2 tires replaced and my front end aligned. Now there is a grinding noise that I didn't have prior to bringing my vehicle in. The tech told me I needed to have several hundred dollars worth of repairs to make the grinding noise go away. IT WASN'T THERE until I brought my car in.

I was early to my appointment and they took my vehicle right away. David was very nice and helpful! My 9 year old grand daughter was with me and asked him some questions about cars and he was very sweet and kind to her answering all her questions. We did not feel rushed at all.
