I pulled up at 5:30 at night thinking ilI would have to leave my car overnight' but they were super quick and had me taken care of in 20 mins

I came in for a set of tires and told the agent what I was looking for in tires. He directed me to tires that were less than the ones I was looking at. I appreciate the honesty.

I came in for a rotation. It was quick and efficient. I hit a quiet afternoon so I was finished in less than a half hour.

I called early on a busy day, with several concerns for my van, and no appointment. The staff was able to squeeze me in and address all of my concerns.

I sat and waited for an oil change. I was told it would be 45 minutes to one hour. After 1 1/2 hours, I checked to how much longer it would be. Come to find out my car was finished and had been sitting back in the parking lot. They forgot to tell me my car was ready. Pissed!!

I needed a battery and wanted a Interstate Brand Battery. It took less than 30 minutes to complete the service and i'm highly appreciative for the help from David. great Job, Great Team. Many Thanks! TK

The employee I dealt with tried to tell me that I needed to come back to do a separate inspection for Lyft in addition to the one that I was already doing for Uber and that I was going to have to pay another $30 charge when I come back, but I was able to use the same inspection form for Lyft that I did for Uber, not too happy about that

Good service

The Bakersfield staff were open on Sunday and replaced two trailer tires while I waited. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I like to see people not work on Sunday but I was in a bind to get home. Well done. Thank you.
