This is the best place for oil changes and car repairs! Charlene let me know what was most important to get fixed, an estimate of how much it would be and how long it would take to fix it. Thank You to Charlene and your team my car stopped making the rattling sound.

Ramon is who I try to find when I go for oil or tires. He takes time to steer me in the right direction and answer my questions. Big O on Coffee Rd has always been easy to do business at.

We have been going to Big O Tires for years to have our cars serviced. They have been professional and they have always explained what would the service would entail.

I was told my next oil change should be in 3000 miles because I use conventional oil. In fact, my cars specs call for 6000 between oil changes. I don't appreciate the dishonesty

I was extremely satisfied with my most recent experience at BigOTires. I've been going to the same BigOTires location for close to 10 years or more. Charlene Carillo is an amazing employee who gives remarkable customer service. I've always had good customer service from any employee who has helped me, but it's usually Charlene. She is personable, down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, and very competent. She seems to know all the customers who come in and it just makes it a nice place to go to have all my household vehicles serviced.

I have never been more satisfied with a tire company. Ramon was super helpful and communicated with me what was necessary in regards to repairs for my vehicle. When he informed me of a necessary repair he communicated clearly what was required. I have already recommended this location to family and friends. I will definitely be returning in the future.

All employees have a great customer service skills totally dig the fact that there's a female almost every time I've gone in there makes me feel very comfortable.

Service advisor (Ramon) is very good. He knows what's going on and makes me feel confident the problem will be fixed correctly. He is far, far better than your other advisors. I try to schedule my service when he is available.
