The customer service person, a male tech that checked me in, and a female CSR that did my final billing, both were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They even got my car done in under an hour as I had to wait over my lunch hour! That's incredible! Thank you big O.

Online appointment scheduling was convenient and easy. My appointment was scheduled promptly and confirmed quickly. Online reminders to leave for my appointment were much appreciated! Service attendant was friendly, polite and explained service in detail. Called and followed up with me on additional items needed and/or recommended. Work was completed in a timely manner, at the price that I was quoted. Attendant answered all my questions and provided information on Big O Tires financing as a payment option now or in the future for larger expenses such as tires. Great service all the way around!!!

Technician was efficient and communicated with me promptly regarding the issue with my vehicle. Although my tires are not wearing evenly he went out of his way to figure out a solution.

This was actually my 3rd visit to Big O Tires after looking on so many positive reviews online about this place. Ramon, David, and Charlene are awesome. I showed up a little bit late to my appointment, but they had coffee, a nice waiting area, and TV to watch. Everything was explained to me on what they were going to do, and prices were reasonable. Ramon also gave me a schedule of when my vehicle needed to come in for maintenance to address certain parts. Ramone also took the time to explain some of the possible reasons why my air conditioner was not blowing air, and when is the best time to have the air conditioner checked. Excellent customer service all around, and highly recommend.

They were very knowledgeable and were able to point out a hidden leak in my axle for free.

I have been a loyal customer of the Coffee road branch for many years because they are simply great. Honest, thorough, courteous, efficient, fair competitive prices. Honesty is the most important part of my admiration. I will continue to recommend you!
