Charlene did a great job of working to identify and fix the problem even when normal solutions weren't readily available. Above and beyond service from Charlene and the staff to repair my vehicle and respect me as a customer.

The woman who helped me was Rad. She beat the dealers price by nearly half! I came to this store by mistake, my appointment was actually at America's tire and i showed up to the wrong tire shop. Not only did they price match, but they completed the service as soon as the store opened without an appointment.

I just wanted to take a moment and compliment the people at your store on Coffee Rd. in Bakersfield, CA. It's the only place I take my car. Never once have they tried to "upsell" me on unnecessary things. They are always friendly and quick. The prices are competitive and my vehicle drives great. I couldn't ask for a better place. Charlene, especially is amazing!

Charlene is the best she is top notch in customer service I know this because I have been in customer service for 25 years.My motto has always been do whatever it takes to make the customer happy and I am pretty sure Charlene follows this rule.

When I got to the store I had scheduled an appointment and was granted my pre-scheduled services when I arrived. The store was very busy but I still received excellent customer service. I was also informed of future services my car needed which was very much appreciated.

I’ve gone to Big O for years specifically this location and have always been happy with service , friendliness and quality. This past visit I went in for a squeaking noise coming from rear end of truck . Turned out to be a very easy fix (loose bolt) with no charge. Will continue to go here for all my vehicle needs
