Fast and friendly

Friendly, helpful personnel. They seem to go above and beyond to provide the best service. My sense has always been that they truly car about my vehicles and providing what is needed at the time I come in, but also help me with preventative suggestions.

was given great detail about the tires i purchased and was allowed to see the overall rating of the tires. customer service was excellent as well. i did not have to wait a long time for a set of new tires.

Ramon and the techs were really great. Ramon was so busy right before closing and didn't turn those away who entered only minutes before closing. He has a nice and positive attitude, and I felt very comfortable in trusting his expertise. My experience was so great at your establishment because of Ramon. He really deserves to be honored and to get a raise.

Her upfront, no BS about what needs to be done is AWESOME! She tells you like it is and doesn't sells you nothing that you don't need. Unlike some other service centers in Bakersfield. Her knowledge of cars and wheels and tires and breaks, well, automobiles is more than Google will ever know. If her crew fixes something and something goes wrong with it, Charlenes no BS about "Bring it back we'll take care of it" is AWESOME! Have I mentioned Charlene and her crew ROCKS!!!
