Big O Tires

I am very grateful for Charlene , Ramon and the super helpful evening crew who stayed late to put my car inside overnight. I got there after 6 pm. Never did I think a broken tire would make me feel so well treated like this experience. Thanks so much.

The folks at Big O always take good care of me and my Subaru. Recently had my car towed there after getting two blow outs. My Big O tires were under warranty and they replaced them for only the labor charge of mounting & balancing. Even though they had to get new tires from another location, they had my car back on the road in about an hour. They treat me like family!

As a Fleet customer, it is very important that our vehicles are in and out in a timely manner with all repairs completed correctly. As a company, we are very satisfied with Big O Tires!

Have been going to Big-o for a couple years. I don't usually get back to town till 330-400 and they always get my oil changes done same day. The few repairs that I've needed have also been completed expeditiously and thoroughly explained. They tell you what you need and don't try to up-sell you on things that can wait.

I was a walk in and was seen for my brakes and received a professional welcome. Brakes were replaced and overall a professional location.

I owe them my life- literally. I wanted to extend a thank you to both Charolette and the staff at your store in Bakersfield on 3648 Coffee Road, Bakersfield CA. Owning and paying the extra price for a Mercedes- to include their service and they pride themselves on customer safety- it was NOT the case for them at Mercedes Services. It is Big O Tires that DID ensure my safety- and peace of mind. Mercedes totally negated to tell me, even after I ASKED them about a rim and tire if it was safe to drive- they let me go and told me the car was safe (and my service advisor even commented on that she knew how many miles I drive daily). I ended up going to Big O Tires (once again after failed service at the Mercedes Bakersfield Service Dealership) to Big O install a tire on a rim-. Both Charolette (now my hero), Eddie, ramon and David not only told me my vehicle wasn't safe drive, they showed me the chunk in the tire that absolutely couldn't have been missed had the first place looked, it was also the rim, and showed me the crack in the rim. They took the time and jacked the car back up, SHOWED me and verified what recent repairs really had and hadn't been done, gave me the defective parts Big O took off, took the time to find the right parts I needed- cheaper at that, special tire, etc. I will always be back to them for anything not covered under my Mercedes warranty- from oil changes to repairs, etc. Had that particular tire blown, it literally could have cost me my life (along with injuring someone else). I have pictures of proof. Thank you so very very much. I don't think I can now ever walk away from Mercedes feeling safe- I can from Big O. I have been back and their service is excellent--- and they will tell you the truth even if it isn't something you want to hear. The honesty is something you just can put a price on. Thank you!!!!! PS Their prices are great as well

Every employee was courteous and friendly. I appreciated that the work was done quickly to prevent any damage to my car. The crew at this particular store are trustworthy. I had 2 bad experiences at a different Big-0 store and had decided to take my business elsewhere. This crew on Coffee st. restored my faith in Big-0 stores going forward.
