I needed a new tire right away. I was able to come in and purchase the new tire. It was fast and painless.

I had taken my Toyota Highlander in a couple of times for oil changes. I was treated very well so I thought of Big O Tires when i needed new tires. Again, I was treated well. I was impressed that they took the time to store the spare tire back in its designated spot.

It's easy to get appointment,get waited on and leave. Maybe the t.v. On would be nice, but it's fine either way.
