Big O Tires

I limped into the store with a slow leak and informed the tire(s) were worn past the wear bar. I have utilized this particular Big O for the life of one car and my new car. I was pleased with the offer available and purchased 4 tires. I assumed it would take an hour and the job was completed in 30 minutes. Tires have a warranty and I can relax knowing any care required (flats/rotation) is likely free. The manager I knew was different: He is the district manager now. And the gentleman who assisted me was just as knowledgeable as the previous person. I am a happy camper. And when friends were informed of my purchase....I got a really good deal. Thanks, Big O. I really enjoy the customer service technician Tony put forth. He was clear in what will be done and what the total cost was. He answered all my questions promptly with no hesitation which made me feel like he was not trying to pull the whoop over my eyes.

The workers were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
