I made an appointment for tire rotation For my F350 online which was easy to complete. Received a confirmation via email. I had purchased my tires at another Big O out of state during a cross country trip. This was no problem to the local shop. Quick response and service had me back on the road in an hour. I've been treated well by several Big O shops and offer that good opinion of Big O when relating my journey.

brought my car in at 9am and had no intention of getting my car completed that day or even the next couple of days. they called at 12 and told me what was wrong. called me at 5 saying my was all done.

Steve and his crew have always done excellent work for me on all of my vehicles. When it looked like no one could fix my vehicle Steve came through for me. Finding an obsolete part. Doing an incredible installation. In an incredibly fast amount of time. I could never recommend him enough. You will never go wrong with these guys. Thanks again Steve!

Friendly, quick, and professional service

The staff is always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They are very forthcoming with all communication regarding sales, promos. They explain everything & have never tried to sway me in the wrong direction. For some reason some men feel they can do since I take my car in for service without my husband present.

Recently had a several issues resolved regarding brake issues on my wife's car. Steve and his guys did a great job finding the problems and taking are of them. Highly recommend them, not only for tires but any other problem you may have on your car.
