I have been coming to this Big O Tire location for several years and have always been extremely satisfied.

Quick check-in, appreciated that. Diagnosed and called quickly with what was needed.Repair was prompt and fair priced without any up-selling.

We have been taking our vehicles to this sop for years, and have purchased tires from this location as well as oil changes. They are not always the fastest, but they are friendly and honest. I believe they alert me to issues I need to be aware of without upselling me or making me feel like I must do something right away.

Good Service and repairs..

The customer service at the Murrieta Big O Tires is top notch. They do a great job maintaining and servicing you vehicle. If they find an issue with your vehicle they notify you but they don't pressure you into repairing it right away, unless it is something serious. They will keep good notes and offer the repair for you next service, if it'll make it till then. All around a great job and I will be return as I have been for years.

I have 3 older vehicles so I go here a lot. They're knowledgable, fast, and make things easy.
