Went to big o after being denied my warranty service at Firestone- Great experience and they even took care of my flat without hesitation. Will be a returning customer for all my vehicles!

I have had big O service my vehicle since we bought it. Been very satisfied with service I had to have my car towed due to it wouldn't start after shopping. AAA checked it out and thought it was the alternator. Also AC was blowing warm air. Big O said they would check it all out and at first they said they would replace the alternator and also the AC. But when it was all done, they said I didn't need a new AC so that brought the price down considerably. I was so thankful for that. They have always been very kind and honest to me as I am a widow and am afraid of being taken advantage of. I feel very safe taking my vehicle to them.
