Visited here twice. Both times felt that i was not being taken advantaged of, and i appreciate the explanations of everything they do. This made me feel trust with them and i will definitely return here in future for service.

Tommy is an excellent service mgr. at the Canoga Park, CA Big O location. He called me as promised with an up-date of my car's needs. They fixed everything that needed work and had the car ready the same day.

I had my oil changed without an appointment in less than an hour. Plus, I purchased four tires from them and so far so good.

Tommy did great in helping me get the information I needed, from the time service would start to how long it would take. That allowed me to make use of the rest of my time. He and his team beat that ETA and I was able to move on with my day. Above and beyond that, he had let me know about a malfunctioning TPMS I had known about so although I only needed service on one tire, his team went ahead and looked out for me by inspecting all of them. Tommy is not pushy, cordial, and informative. Best experience I've had at a tire shop.
