Great customer service. They showed me what the car need and they took care of it.

I walked in and was welcomed by staff and received information and services I needed in the layman terms and professional manner. I don’t have much experience with tires but I felt that staff was willing to educate me and explain what is better and safer for my car.

I contacted the store for tires and was assisted by Tommy. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service. I had been to this location before and whoever was in charge before Tommy was not knowledgeable at all and I was never going back to Big O. But I decided to go in and saw that they had changed the management and had placed Tommy in charge. You can see the difference of knowledge and customer service. I will definitely be going back and you should give them your business. You will not be disappointed!

Nelson kept me updated and in the loop of everything that was being done to my car from start to finish. Engine light was fixed after mechanics installed new spark plugs/hoses.

Great service from Tom Chesney, store manager at the Canoga Park, CA location. I was offered a paper that mailed in, would give me a discount on the windshield wipers I had installed. I also received discounts from the e-mail sales & a card I received in the mail from the service center. I am always treated with personal service when I take my car into their station and I save many $$$ over the dealer prices!
