I can always rely on an honest diagnostic regarding the work that needs to be completed on my car, especially from Fred.

It’s been a few years that I’ve been coming here iam always satisfied with all and I’ll keep coming back to BIG O TIRES and have brought others here also very Satisfied with all

They have always done a good job when I have been there on both my wife's and my car.

I had originally purchased a set of BFG AT tires and after having driven on them for a few days, I was not satisfied with the handling characteristics of this tire. I have a gladiator diesel and with the extra weight up front because of the engine, I couldnt corner confidently with them. Victor was my sales rep and he helpe me with the bfg purchase and earning my business by telling me about the Big O card. I switched over to the Hankook XT these are exactly what I was looking for as far was handling on road. I appreciate the time he took an ensuring I was satisfied with my purchases and the change over was easy.

Things went very well. But, I was surprised when I got a bid for a 60,000 mile service that was the same as the Subaru dealer in Cathedral City for my car. I really expect to save money at Big O. The service on the visit was for my wife's car.

The associates were were great in the explaining of the services that were needed for my vehicle

Always very friendly. I went in without an appointment and they got me in and out very quickly.

Doug is very personable and took very good care in getting me in and out quickly.

I was in a hurry, but needed an oil change. Sarf told me he will get me in quickly. He then talked to his mechanic and told him about the rush. I was done in 35 minutes. WOW!

I was in and out quickly. Tire rotation so free.

I have been very pleased with the service that I have received at this Big O outlet over the years that I have been coming here. I recommend it highly to everyone.

Absolutely the best tire shop!

I had purchased road Hazard for my tires. We had to use it to replace a badly damaged tire. I just was not expecting to pay all the service fees to remount that tire and pay road Hazard again.

I used them a few weeks ago and things came out great at a great price.

All went very well. Communication was on going with Victor the mgr. He let me know of the reason he felt it was to my advantage to doing things at the same time to save some labor charges and another trip. The car seems to be running and riding very good. Thanks
