Information was even printed for me to take to another business where I previously had an alignment done so I could possibly get my money back and I felt like I knew a little more about my vehicle and its issues after visiting your location. This was our first visit to Big O Tires and we didn't know what to expect. Doug Anderson was wonderful in keeping us informed on everything and made sure we understood all the pricing. He even saved us some money where he could. We couldn't afford to do all of the repairs that were recommended on that day but we will go back to Doug to finish when we can. Service and quality were stellar.

I got in and out for a tire change in less than 1 hour and staff was very friendly. Great job!
