They always do such a great job changing my oil, rotating tires, check in the wheel alignment and resetting the oil change reminder on my Lexus.

They fixed my stripped lug nut and stud within one hour with good price and friendly service. I will sure go back for any tire or wheel related.

They told my husband and I what what happing with my car. They got me a Uber ride when my car was done.

Called at 10 AM on a Sunday about the brakes, took it in at 10:45 and done by 3 PM.....

Stopped by at the last minute to check a low tire. They fixed / replaced a bad tire valve FAST and didn't charge me. I'll keep buying BigO tires and their great service.

I've been bringing in my car here for a couple of years now and have always been very satisfied with their service. Fred is very knowledgeable and always goes into detail regarding the service they will be providing. I definitely recommend bringing your car in for ANY type of repairs not just tires.

The check-in process was efficient. Due to high volume of customers, I was told about my expected wait time. It was communicated upfront and was delivered in time!
