I love coming here. And my car loves it too. Everyone is trustworthy and extremely helpful. Great customer service, all people I have had help me have been beyond kind. The last one though, he wasnt rude,but he either wanted to get off work soon or was just tired because he didnt seem as happy to help me. I felt a little uncomfortable because I was so used to always recieving the BEST customer service. Still my spot to go to! Theres been so many positive experiences here. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

My 2013 Chevrolet Sonic had a single flat tire (shredded, but we won't go there). The Hankook Tire (H428) had been discontinued ... and no other Tire Service had one in stock ... except Big O. Chino/Chino Hills Big O was able to order from their Warehouse, do the Install, and have the New Tire ready to go in just a few hours. When I returned, I was good-to-go. Thanks

I watched quietly as Fred was training a new employee on handling customers at the front desk. The new Employee seemed a little bit nervous but remained calm just by the way that Fred Spoke to him in his in a low, calm voice . Fred allowed the new employee to handle as much as he could but watched carefully to make sure that all the paperwork was done correctly. If an error was made, Fred saw it and took over and showed the new employee the correct way to do it. Good Job, Fred
