Big O Tires

We've been taking our cars to Big O for many years. They have always taken care of us.

Victor was very good at explaining what they would have to do to diagnose my problem. All went well. Victor got a Lyft for me so I didn’t have to wait. Now that was much appreciated. My wife and I get both of our cars serviced at this location.

Fred (The Assistant Mgr.) is the reason I chose to rate this experience 5 Stars. I am a long time Big O customer of over 15 years. Fred always hospitably greets me by my first name and displays the utmost courteous service. I commend him for his professionalism and integrity. I trust his recommendations and know he will be fair in his quotes. I highly encourage others to ask for Fred when seeking honest and fair pricing.

Best service I've ever experienced. They are honest and trustworthy. They will show you the part on your car that needs to be replaced and what the problem is. They will not try and offer unnecessary service to your car.
