Big O Tires

As always, all expectations were met and exceeded. My only 4 of 5 was regarding product knowledge because the service writer did not know the factory recommendations regarding oil type for my Jeep, was it full synthetic, synthetic blend or non-synthetic? However, he did know the recommended weight.

The manager has a very high knowledge of all workings of everything needed. I’ve been going to Big O for years. And will definitely continue to do so.

The wait was very minimal, and the employees are very courteous and honest. I wasn't pressured into buying extra services or parts I didn't need, and I felt appreciated as a customer.

The customer service representative Junior was extremely helpful.

Victor was very good at explaining what they would have to do to diagnose my problem. All went well. Victor got a Lyft for me so I didn’t have to wait. Now that was much appreciated. My wife and I get both of our cars serviced at this location.
