This location was my first time has great customer service,very efficient and honest and reasonable priced. I went in for a brake job I'm very pleased with their work. Fred Salazar who helped me was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

They were unable to get necessary part so they were able to repair the hose so I could drive my car. Best of all they did it no charge.

Was offered a 5yr alignment service which I purchased.

This was our first visit to Big O Tires and we didn't know what to expect. Doug Anderson was wonderful in keeping us informed on everything and made sure we understood all the pricing. He even saved us some money where he could. We couldn't afford to do all of the repairs that were recommended on that day but we will go back to Doug to finish when we can. Service and quality were stellar.
