Big O Tires

Felt rushed, nothing was explained...disappointed, normally good service however my recent visit left me very dissatisfied.

Everytime I go in everyone is always super nice and patient, even when I have trouble explaining the issue. They break everything down and tell me exactly what it is with estimated cost and all. And they always finish super quick and that is especially nice on the days I choose to stay and wait.

Came in for a simple part swap, something that would take me less than 90 mins with my gear (I am moving so it is in storage). It has been 4 hours and the affected part is not even off. The service writer is still quoting an additional 90 mins. This place has no respect for its clients or their time. Worst tire/repair shop. This is why I am so glad I usually do my own work!

Good service, good prices

Ridiculous prices I will be notifying the bbb. I was charged 262.50 to replace serpentine belt. 2.5 hrs of labor. I have done this myself an a half hour. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back and I will make sure no family member or friend will not either.

Honest work and good price

They tried to take advantage of me because I am a women. I will never come back. You lost loyal business trying to charge me for something you broke! This store should be ashamed.

Good service good workers

Seems most of the reviews here are excellent, however ours is not. My daughter entered the store with her Big O Tires paid invoice for Big O brand tires. Tech Jordy proceeded to input data from the paid invoice as tires were originally purchased in SF Bay Area, Jordy explained there would be a fee for labor, removal of weights etc. for a rotation and balance. My daughter proceed to explain all should be free. Jordy argued with my daughter until my daughter demanded her keys and invoice, she left upset and frustrated. I learned the details of her visit. I asked Fred the manager for an apology from the owner of the store two and a half weeks ago, we've heard nothing from anyone. I'm very mechanically inclined, my daughter is attending collage away from home. I have a big issue with any automotive type business not being truthful and honest with a female customer or any customer for that matter. Awaiting your response Big O, Dissatisfied Dave

I got in and out for a tire change in less than 1 hour and staff was very friendly. Great job!

I used them a couple of weeks ago. The manager will tell you one price and then charge you a completely different outrageous price. They tell you they are giving you great deals when in reality they are ripping you off!

Fred was great! had my car ready as he promised.

Clear negative review from the manager on a factory defect tire with less than 18,000 miles that separated in to 3 pieces. They did not want to replace it. It's a shame after bringing all of ourbusiness their for several years including RV tires, trailer tires and commuter cars. He upset my wife and we are done with Big O Tires. You can spend a life tifetime creating a good relationship and a brief moment to destroy it.

Great job and assistance from the chino team

I went to buy my daughter tires, the man us rude, put on tires that didn't fit and tired to blame me for the wrong size, only had 3 of the tires, said we had to wait two weeks, this place sucks and take advantage of women. I will never go to this place again, or tell anyone to go there I wouldn't let my worst enemy.

I was very happy with my service today. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely come back.

went there last week to check for the engine light waited for two hours was charge for 105 dollars guy said go to dealership and geta gas cap nothing was done charge for a 105 dollars will not go back to this place

This location was my first time has great customer service,very efficient and honest and reasonable priced. I went in for a brake job I'm very pleased with their work. Fred Salazar who helped me was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Was offered a 5yr alignment service which I purchased.
