Had my first oil change done and they forgot to reset the check engine light. Had my second oil change done and they forgot to screw back on the oil cap on my motor. Yes oil spewed all over the entire engine and all over my driveway. No offer was made to come clean my driveway. Instead I was offered a free oil change next time and was given a can of degreaser and told to spray it on my driveway and scrub it off. Not a happy customer.

I set an appointment a week in advance to reserve a time for an alignment. Upon arriving 7:45am for the scheduled appt of 8:00am the clerk was typing something on his computer and said he would be a moment as he typed and watched the morning news for the next 5-10 minutes on the TV behind him. When he got around to helping me I noted my appt and he said there was one car ahead of me but everything looks good alignment should take about an hour. I decided to wait and had an appt 9:30am so it should work out. There was one truck in the bay. After 45 minutes I noticed my car was still not in the bay whereas a couple new customers started coming in. At about 9:00am I noticed two other cars being pulled into bay whereas mine was still sitting in the parking lot, I asked the clerk how much longer and he noted there was a car ahead of me and I would be next. Luckily I had a colleague pick me up to my appointment and at about 10:00am I was called to let me know my car was finished. When I picked up my car I asked which side needed more adjustment so I could be aware of my tire wear, the clerk looked at the paper and just said "lots of adjustments were made" and rang me up. Probably the first and last time I will be here. I dont understand the point of making an appointment when it seemed to be first come first serve anyway. There are a lot of other tire / alignment stores in the area that provide much better service.

Outstanding and professional, friendly and knowledgeable/informative customer service keeps me coming back, along with the quality service and thoroughness of the technicians. I feel safe and satisfied driving my vehicle after taking it to Big O Tires Center, not forgetting to mention the great price of the different products they offer. Fair and honest.

I don't want to sound negative but visits to this store leave me unsure. I am familiar w/repairs of all kinds and communication between customer/employees but it seems everyone is in their own world. Now I have a warranty/alignment deal that I received when I bought my tires so hopefully customer service will improve when I return.

I discovered Big O many years ago and began bringing my vehicles for different services. The manager, Fred, has always been 100% honest about services and pricing. My daughter had a vehicle in San Diego and recently needed service. I had her take it to the Big O on Garnet. Again, I was blown away by the transparency and honesty exhibited by the team there. It's very difficult for a woman to navigate vehicle issues due to being prey of unscrupulous practices. I will not hesitate to take my vehicles to Big O.

I've been taking my vehicle to your shop for years due to the level of service but lately I notice that level of service has declined. It appears your techs are not taking the time to properly inspect/repair car issues. Based on my experience, your techs are sloppy and don't pay attention to detail. I'm considering taking my vehicles elsewhere for all my repair needs.

No corporate accountability bait and switch sales tatics. No customer service and they are not a corporate store they are franchise meaning they can do what ever they want. They can even close out complaints placed to Big O Tire corporate with out actually contacting the customer. I would avoid them and go to Good Year or Pep Boys. They also do not honor their own cancelation agreements spelled out on their own paperwork. Very illegal business practices.

I purchased my tires at Big O and come in every 5,000 miles or so to get my tires rotated. It is likely that I will be needing a new set of tires in 10,000 miles or so, and when I do, I will purchase them at Big O, again.
